High elastic FDY, FULLY DRAWN YARN, is a type of fully drawn yarn (known as fully extended yarn in Taiwan). During the spinning process, stretching is introduced, resulting in a yarn with high orientation and moderate crystallinity, which is the fully drawn yarn. The conventional fully drawn yarns made of polyester and nylon belong to synthetic filament.
This product has good elasticity, a pleasant hand feel, stable quality, is not easy to fade, has strong tensile strength, uniform dyeing, bright colors, and complete specifications. This product can be woven purely or interwoven with fibers such as silk, cotton, and viscose, and can be made into elastic fabrics and various crinkled fabrics, resulting in unique styles.
Main uses of polyester high elastic yarn
1. Mainly used in knitting, hosiery, clothing, fabrics, ribbing, textiles, wool products, sewing threads, embroidery, lace, webbing, medical bandages, and other areas;
2. Widely used in wool sweaters, webbing, garment overlock threads, gloves, and line production;
3. Suitable for a wide range of wool products, knitted fabrics, and knitted clothing;
4. Suitable for sewing high elastic parts of high-end knitted underwear, swimwear, diving suits, labels, underwear, bras, sports shoes, and sportswear.
